Admission to the exhibition is FREE for visitors.
Yes! You can register upon arrival, but we would advise you to register beforehand to avoid the queues.

Data Scanners cost £220 + VAT each. You can choose between a Lead Capture App or a Handheld Data Scanner.
This year, we are thrilled to introduce our brand-new Lead Capture App for exhibitors - this can be downloaded on iPads and iPhones with iOS 8+ and phones and tablets running on Android 4.4+.
With this innovative tool, you can scan badges and manage all your leads in real-time.
If you have opted for a Handheld Data Scanners, you can also scan badges on the day, and your data can be retrieved after the Show.

If you have booked a shell scheme stand, we're pleased to offer complimentary furniture as part of your package!
How to choose your furniture:
Visit the Exhibitor Portal: Log in and access the ‘Exhibitor Operations Manual’.
Download the Furniture Order Form: You’ll find details on the three available furniture options within the ‘Exhibitor Operations Manual’ menu.
Make your selection: Choose the option that best suits your needs.
Submit your choice: Send your form with the selected option to Ruth at [email protected] by Friday, October 11th
Your stand will have a single 500W electrical socket. This will be enough to power laptops, phone chargers, and standard exhibition kit.
If you have any additional features on your stand, such as a coffee machine or a fridge, you will need additional power. You can order additional power directly through the show contractor. If you are unsure how much additional power you will need, you can call our supplier (Intershell) directly and they will be able to help you:

Olympia has very strict guidelines on the distribution of alcohol, drinks, and food. If you plan to give out any drinks or food items, including promotional items like cupcakes or branded water, it is crucial that you contact the catering team at: [email protected]
Build will take place from 15:00-18:00 on Thursday 7th November and from 8:00 on the morning of the Show.
Access to the venue for vehicles is via H Gate.
Access will end 15 minutes prior to Show opening.
