Yes! You can register upon arrival, but we would advise you to register beforehand to avoid the queues.

Data scanners cost £230 + VAT each and you'll have the choice of either a lead capture app or a handheld data scanner.
This year, we'll be offering both the handheld data scanners and the lead capture app for exhibitors - the app can be downloaded on iPads and iPhones with iOS 8+ and phones and tablets running on Android 4.4+.
With this innovative tool, you can scan badges and manage all your leads in real-time.
If you've opted for handheld data scanners - by scanning badges on the day, data can be retrieved after the Show.

If you have booked a shell scheme stand, we're pleased to offer complimentary furniture as part of your package!
You'll be able to choose your furniture in just a few simple steps once the Exhibitor Portal is live.
Your stand will have a single 500W electrical socket. This will be enough to power laptops, phone chargers, and standard exhibition kit.
If you have any additional features on your stand, such as a coffee machine or a fridge, you will need additional power. You can order additional power directly through the show contractor.

Olympia has very strict guidelines on the distribution of alcohol, drinks, and food. If you plan to give out any drinks or food items, including promotional items like cupcakes or branded water, it is crucial that you contact the catering team at: [email protected]
Build will take place from 15:00-18:00 on Thursday 20th November and from 8:00 on the morning of the Show.
Access to the venue for vehicles is via H Gate, and access will close 15 minutes prior to Show opening.
